AVR-Livecd (e.g. Atmel Mega 16)
This is a slidely modified Slax-Livecd for educational purposes only. The main goal was to have a linuxsystem wich is able to programm the "Atmel Mega" µC. I wasn't able to compile "kontrollerlab" on my Arch64 and working out of a Virtualmachine was somewhat anoying. After a quick research i've found a live system here, which was previously build by Michael. I've asked him for an ISO of his AVR-Live-CD and he told me that he had canceled the development since 2 years. So... let's build a new one :-)
I decided not to modify the original Slax too much, so the main-system ist nearly an ordinary Slax. If you want to strip it down for smaller size you can easily remove the ".lzm" files, see the Slax-Homepage for details or read the manuals provided within the ISO.
If you want to boot from a USB-Stick take a look at /boot. The main advantage is that you're able to save your files and the environment.

Feel free to report bugs, wishes or whatever to: avr-slax@lost-byte.de
If you want to give it a try download it and always remember:
Use it at your OWN risk!
Download the module only on slax.org if you already have a running Slax.
Download via Bittorrent (please keep seeding, seems like nobody does.)
--> Tracker died, download directly now.
Notice:
The ISO and the USB version are nearly the same! You can build a ISO out of the USB version with a script (make_iso.sh) that is included in the "/slax" directory.
It's the same thing with the ISO. You can simply mount the ISO, copy the files to USB-Stick and make it bootable with the provided script (bootinst.sh) in "/boot".
